30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Be in its original condition.
Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

Return the item using the prepaid label inside the box.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@auribely.co.uk with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been opened, worn, used, or are no longer in their original condition.

Custom items, custom bracelets, custom necklaced are not eligible for returns.

You will be eligible for a replacement at no extra charge if you received the wrong item.
